So far they are just calling him a person of interest. The shoplifter stole steak and lobster. Police say he jumped into a moving car in a safeway parking lot with a man and 13yearold girl inside. Officers are looking for a red sedan with the license plate 6js m648. They now stay they do not believe the victims knew the suspect. Plate 6jfm648.
