Nottingham City Council leader David Mellen said: “The St George flag is an iconic sight to behold when in place on the front of the Council House. Many thanks to both SCAPE and John E Wright for their support in sponsoring it this year. “I’d like to take this opportunity to wish everyone celebrating next week a very happy St George’s Day.”
