In an interview with The Joshi Sun Times, WOW – Women of Wrestling founder David McLane said the company is hoping to hold tapings and “commence distribution” of their footage in the fall. It will depend on California’s COVID-19 restrictions, as the state is currently closed due to a surge in cases this month.
McLane said that while production of WOW content has been on hold due to the pandemic, they are waiting to resume production when California allows for the return of live events. He noted that if more people are vaccinated, this means that it will be more likely that they’ll be able to return. He noted that while there are wrestlers he would like to have back, everything will be “fluid” and depends on timing with the scheduling. The company currently does not have an exact return date, but tapings will happen in Los Angeles. Some of the roster members may be booked elsewhere whenever the company is allowed to return.

this accident. the airplane left about 8:20 in the evening, and 11 or 12 minutes later, the event occurred. i m captain david mclane. he was with eastland airlines and i was the primary witness to the accident when it blew up. at the time of the accident we were over long island about 16,000 feet, headed out over the water. it was dusk. it was around 8:30 in the evening. you could see a long ways, a good 50, 60, 70 miles or more. i saw this flight departing out of jfk with a bright light, kind of yellowish colors. and i mentioned to my first officer, and we thought that possibly it might have even been a fire but there was no smoke or anything. and it was probably the landing polite. they were crossing our flight path. they were moving from the right to the left so we had a very good sight of them. they were about 13 miles ahead of us.
hi, fredricka. all right. is this a situation where the mclane s thought $10,000, that s good, but now come to find out, you know, on second thought, maybe not, we want more? yeah, they can want more, but there s a saying, you get one bite of the apple. better make it a good bite. they took their bite. this judge will dismiss the case. these cases end with a release. in the release it says you are waiving your claims for anything up until this time of day. the date you sign that release, you ve waived any and all claims you ve had. not only claims but damages. they get nothing here, fred, but spike lee, his source material for the address came from one of his twitter followers. i mean, he is in a daze, like his movie, school daze, he is in stop tweeting stuff like this.
couple s address after george zimmerman who was accused in trayvon martin s murder and told his 240,000 twitter followers that the address that he gave was zimmerman s address. spike lee did send out another tweet telling his twitter followers that he had made a mistake and asked them to levy lane and david mclane alone. but the mclane s say they still got hate mail and death threats and eventually had to move out of their home. lee s lawyers say the case should be thrown out because the director reached a $10,000 settlement with them in march. the mclanes say that s not enough to compensate for the mental anguish, anxiety and fear they re still dealing with. cautionary tale for the twitter age. now in the hands of a florida judge. so let s bring in our legal guys. joining me, avery freedman, civil rights attorney and law professor, richard herman, criminal defense attorney and law professor. good to see both of you. hi, fred.
