Larry Hogan provided an update Tuesday afternoon on the state s vaccination plan and distribution efforts. Vaccine distribution has begun, we have reached a turning point, the sun is on the horizon, Hogan said. Maryland is currently at the very top of the pyramid of phases, Phase 1A, which is focused on front-line health care workers, residents and staff of long-term care facilities and first responders.
