Milkcraft owners to open hot chicken restaurant

The owners of one of Connecticut s most eclectic ice cream eateries are getting into the hot chicken game.
The folks at Milkcraft, the gourmet Connecticut ice cream franchise, are set to open Howling Hot Chicken in Bridgeport in February.

Howling Hot Chicken, which will open in February 2021, is the latest venture from the owners of Milkcraft.
The idea for the restaurant has been brewing for almost three years as the folks over at Milkcraft have been studying the intricacies of cooking hot chicken. They even traveled to the Nahsville, the Music City, to learn all there is to know about hot chicken.
