Born to a working-class family, Biden faced bullying throughout his teenage years for his speech impediment. Classmates would mock him with names like Bu-bu-bu-Biden or Joe Impedimenta. And while he attended an elite private Catholic school, he also had to work on the grounds crew to afford tuition.
Undeterred, Biden went on to graduate from Syracuse Law and pursue politics. But even on Capitol Hill, Biden s background made him an outlier. He didn t go to an Ivy League school, Evan Osnos, author of the biography Joe Biden: The Life, the Run, and What Matters Now, told Insider. He didn t feel 100% at home among the Rhodes Scholars and others in Washington who were flexing their credentials.

The historic home consists of 132 rooms spread across three buildings.
Here s a look inside the White House s most notable spaces.
Welcome to the White House, the most famous home in America, where Joe Biden is due to live for the next four years. It is located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in downtown Washington DC between the US Treasury and Eisenhower Executive Office Building.

The massive building contains three connected but distinct sections: the West Wing, the East Wing, and the Executive Residence in the middle. All have their own entrances.
Winston is giving us cattitude for not featuring @ROLEX kitties too, so ⬇️. My favorite new follow on twitter. Can’t wait for the cat to take over. Winston is Biden’s granddaughter’s cat and is handling twitter cat duties until we get a cat in the Whitehouse, again.
Awoooof! Friends, I got so excited to finally arrive home and see my parents, that I had to run a bit to get that extra energy out before getting inside, that’s why I’m not in the “group” pawhto. Even my tongue is happy. Champ handled the situation much better. – Major #DOTUS pic.twitter.com/hHZwf5rTwt
