Drugs:Â David Laurer, 51, of Mount Sinai, John M. Jarosz, 27, of Plain View, and John W. Swoboda, 55 of North Port, were arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:45 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13, in the town of Kingston and were all charged with one count of misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. They were released with tickets to appear in Kingston Town Court.Â

DWI:Â Matthew S. Fowler, 32, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:10 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13, in the town of Lloyd and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
