Women can do anything if they are given the opportunity to do it. I think once they opened that door it was very difficult to close it. It is the women whose mothers in the 40s are some of the most feminist in the 70s, because their mothers told them, look we did all this stuff. A lot of people by the way do not believe women did all these things. When we open this park in 2008 we invited anyone who had been a rosie in the area. A woman came. A woman came up to me and she had a scrapbook and she had pay stubs, all kinds kinds of things, her card from working here. She turned her eyes and ice said whats the matter .
