DARIEN Local teenagers are welcome to sign up for a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination clinic to be held on Wednesday from noon to 5:30 p.m. at New Canaan High School.
Those who sign up need to bring the paper VAMS forms and signed parental consent with them to their appointment with a student ID or driver’s license.
The effort is a partnership between Darien Health Department and New Canaan Health Department, according to an email from Darien Health Director David Knauf
There are 1,170 appointments available and the clinic will be held at the high school gymnasium.
