Todd Kohlrieser, elected in November to succeed Glenn Derryberry as Allen County Probate and Juvenile Court judge, was issued the oath of office during ceremonies Friday at the Allen County courthouse. Kohlrieser’s wife, Common Pleas Court Judge Terri Kohlrieser, recited the oath, while the couple’s children, Jack and Abigail, looked on.
