Amphenol Corp. has acquired Positronic, a Springfield, Mo.-based manufacturer of electronic connector products.
David Kean, Positronic’s general manager, said in an announcement that Positronic is a “strong fit with Amphenol.”
“As part of Amphenol, Positronic will continue to provide the connector products and services our customers demand,” Kean said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Amphenol, which has its headquarters in Wallingford, has locations around the globe. It manufactures products such as electronic and fiber optic connectors and high-speed specialty cable.
