DELTA, Mo. (KFVS) - Delta schools could have more fans at its home games after adjusting a COVID-19 protocol at Wednesdayâs school board meeting.
Tickets are no longer required to attend games, there is no limit according to Superintendent and Coach, David Heeb.
âWeâre in a really good place, so we can at least try this,â Heeb said.
He said, since COVID-19 cases have gone down and fans in attendance follow the mask rule so well, he doesnât feel the ticket requirement is needed anymore.

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A Heartland school district is forging the way for distance learning with new buses that make it easier for rural students to learn away from the classroom.
The Delta R-5 School District now has Wi-Fi-equipped school buses, allowing students to complete their work from a distance.
“Here at Delta R-5, we’re leading the way. We’d like to push this out into our community, so our kids don’t go without. So, we’re really excited to be the first ones doing this,” said Superintendent David Heeb.
