And the last time is or republicans have caucus delicate to delegates was back in 2012, but this time around they switched the partys president ial nominating system to caucus after failing to set up a primary during last years legislative session. The rest of michigans delegates, 39 and all, were also awarded to trump today. Amid a complicating and Chaotic Convention process. Well talk about that later.
