SG-based Catcha Investment joins SPAC craze, files to raise $250m in US IPO Catcha Group CEO Patrick Grove January 26, 2021 A blank cheque company formed by the Singapore-based internet investment firm Catcha Group is aiming to raise $250 million in an initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), according to a regulatory filing on Monday. The company, Catcha Investment, said it would offer 25 million units at $10 apiece.
