and we are following the latest news on that criminal probe into the trump organization. the washington post is now reporting that prosecutors in new york have given lawyers for the trump organization until today to make final arguments as to why it should not be charged in a criminal probe into the financial dealings. that is according to two sources familiar with the matter. now, nbc news previously reported that charges are expected as soon as this week. joining rus the washington post reporter, and msnbc contributor david farenthal, and rebecca. so unpack this for us, the charges and who is involved in what we know is that the trump organization, and allen
