And for those of us who spend our time representing Health Care Companies and individuals in civil and criminal enforcement actions, the change that we have been focused open for a while is the change created by Deputy Attorney sally yates, who last september, september 2015, promulgated the individual accountability memo. And that memo is really more evolutionary than revolutionary, i think. It is the latest iteration and governments ongoing efforts to try and shift focus to emphasize ing the role of individuals in alleged corporate fraud and to hold them accountable. That were going to discuss that policy today. We call it the yates memorandum. Deputy attorney general yates says she doesnt like it to be called that. She would prefer it to be called the individual accountability memorandum.
