Determined this was a case of selfdefense. This began when two cars collided as they approached this coned off lane outside of sheridan elementary school. The school has nothing to do with what happened but after that minor accident, the two women got into a dispute in the middle of the crete. Take a look at some of the video from this morning. One of those women round up stabbing the other woman with what police are describing as a scalpel. The victim was taken to the hospital with a wound to her arm but its considered a non life threatening injury. This happened just before 8 30 this morning on the 400 block of capitol avenue. We talked with lizette hasben. She says after the crash, the other woman was aggressive and she feared for her safety and the safety of her child. She looked like she was going to strike me and also, im in front of, im behind my car. Theres no way for me to move.
