Milwaukee police making several arrests at a memorial for Sylville Smith. Angelica joins us from the newsroom with the latest. Police say ten people were arrested for Disorderly Conduct and resisting an officer. This is near 44th and auer the same intersection where 23yearold Sylville Smith was shot and killed by a weeks several complaints from neighbors about the crowd of about 30 to 40 people.
