LANSING Lansing area restaurant owners are eager to welcome customers back to their dining rooms after scraping by on take-out orders for months.
Feb. 1 is the big day. Diners will be allowed back indoors. We re ecstatic that we can open, said Henry Kwok, whose family owns Henry s Place and Asian Buffet in Okemos. Dine-in is 90% of our business. We ve been waiting for the date. It’s been pushed too many times.
