TORONTO, March 8, 2021 /CNW/ - Geodrill Limited ( Geodrill or the Company ) (TSX: GEO), a leading West African based drilling company, reported its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2020. All figures are reported in U.S. dollars ($), unless otherwise indicated. Geodrill s financial statements are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ( IFRS ).
Highlights for Q4-2020:
Achieved quarterly sequential revenue improvement of $5.8M or 31% compared to Q3-2020;
Increased net income to $2.2M or $0.05 per share representing a 325% increase compared to a net loss of $1M or $(0.02) per share for Q4-2019; and

TORONTO, March 5, 2021 /CNW/ - Geodrill Limited ( Geodrill or the Company ) (TSX: GEO), a leading West African based drilling company, is pleased to announce today that the Board of Directors have declared a semi-annual dividend of CAD$0.01 per share. The first dividend is payable on April 9, 2021 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on March 26, 2021. This dividend does not qualify as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes as the Company is incorporated in the Isle of Man.
The declaration, timing, amount and payment of future dividends remain at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Like the month of March, the Duquesne Duke mascot is bringing the semester in like a lion.
Literally.
On Jan. 13, the Duquesne Athletic department unveiled a new design for the Duquesne Duke mascot. Similar in style with the new Duquesne “D” athletics logo, the design consists of a lion’s face donning a top hat.
“I think the new mascot is a little out of the blue, considering we just took up the new ‘D’ for athletics,” said Natalie St. Hill, a freshman music education major. “Personally, I think it’s silly that our Duquesne Duke is now a lion … with a top hat, nonetheless.”
