Reporter police have done a good job of clearing and reopening this intersection which was shut down for 2 1 2 hours. Debris from cars was spread all over. The suspect landed here after the violent collision. This is how the chase ended, with the suspect in handcuffs in that apartment complex where police say he tried to hide and neighbors are trying to figure out what happened.
