Dear @ncgop. The only body empowered by the Constitution to determine constitutionality of an impeachment trial is the Senate. They did, so saying it isn t is like a judge saying something is inadmissible, but juror goes, screw it, I am considering it anyway .#ncpol#GOPisdead
They actually took a vote on the lack of Constitutionality and it failed. But just like the Big Lie, these things live on.
