SEPANG: The Magistrate’s Court here set March 2 as the new case mention date for local Indian artiste known as VJ Emergency, charged with murdering a site engineer last October.
Counsel Datuk Sheelan Arjunan, representing the accused whose real name is P.Vijayan, when contacted, said the date was fixed by magistrate Ayuni Izzaty Sulaiman when the case came up for mention today.
Sheelan said the defence team had so far received the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) report but not yet the post-mortem, chemical and forensic reports.
