KOTA KINABALU: Lifting interstate and inter-district travel for fully vaccinated people is among proposals put forward by the opposition Parti Warisan Sabah for the National Recovery Plan (NRP).
The list of proposals were put forward by the party MPs during an online meeting with the minister coordinating the NRP, Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz.
The Warisan team, led by deputy president Datuk Darell Leiking, also suggested speeding up vaccinations for teachers and students as part of efforts to return normalcy to the education system.
It is also important that vaccinations be focused on rural and interior schools, the party said in a statement on Saturday (July 17).
