PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia has agreed in principle to implement global minimum tax of 15 per cent on certain multinational companies (MNCs), said Inland Revenue Board (IRB) chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Nizom Sairi.

PUTRAJAYA: The focus of the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) in the Cooking Oil Subsidy Operation or Ops Saji No 1/2022 is to investigate elements of tax evasion in companies that receive subsidised cooking oil.
PUTRAJAYA: An estimated RM200mil is expected to be collected from 63 cooking oil repacking companies found to have under-declared or not declared their income.
