PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airlines will partner the Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) to fly the Malaysian team to the Games of the XXXII Olympiad, or Tokyo 2020. In a statement issued on July 3, Malaysia Airlines said that with the partnership, Malaysia Airlines will be ferrying the officials and national contingent competing in ten (10) competitive sports at the 2020 Summer Olympics. “The first set of athletes is expected to depart Kuala Lumpur on July 8 via MH070, the second set on July 17 via MH9118 and the third set will depart on July 20 via MH070. “Among the athletes who will be travelling are Malaysia Airlines’ brand ambassadors and national divers - Pandelela Rinong Pamg and Nur Dhabitah Sabri,” Malaysia Airlines said in a statement Saturday (July 3).
