It said the suspension, which took effect from 9am, was pending an announcement.
Accordingly, all structured warrants relating to Serba Dinamik will also be suspended at the same time.
The suspension related to a clarification by KPower Bhd the company and Serba Dinamik are two distinct and separate entities which run independently of each other, save for having the same major shareholder and director Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah.
KPower had said Abdul Karim as the group’s non-independent non-executive chairman is not involved in the day-to-day operations or management of KPower.
The clarification came following various inquiries it received in relation to Serba Dinamik’s announcement dated May 25 that the board of directors of Serba Dinamik was commencing a special independent review after it was informed by its external auditors on some matters pertaining to statutory audit.
