Kota Kinabalu: Roslan Wasli vowed to give his best after being appointed by Sabah Football Association (Safa) as the head coach of the State Youth Cup squad in the coming season.

The veteran coach expressed his gratitude to Safa for their trust in him following the official appointment announced by Safa Deputy President Datuk Juil Nuatim on Sunday.
“It is a great honour to be given the job to coach the Under-19 team this season. I am very thankful to Safa for their belief in me.
“I will definitely try my very best to produce the best results for the team this season and hopefully my past experience with the Youth Cup team will work to my favour,” he said on Wednesday.

Kota Kinabalu: The State Government must ensure the welfare and wellbeing of villagers who will be affected by the construction of Papar Dam, if the mega project is carried out.

“I believe the previous government saw this Papar Dam construction project as the best solution to overcome the water supply problem that has plagued Papar and Sabah for many years.
“Therefore, I would like call on the new State Government to give high consideration to continue this project for the welfare of the people in the future.
