Sunita’s husband, Raju, who has a garment shop in Nepal’s Darchula has also not visited his store since the suspension bridge one of the five bridges over Kali river that connect villages along the border closed for movement in March after the Covid-19 lockdown. Sunita’s family is not the only one whose source of income is locked on the other side of the border.
