City council approved Monday the disposal of the city-owned former Ben Bleecker Auditorium property in the West Hill of Belleville.
The seven-acre parcel was leased by the Belleville Agricultural Society for decades from the city but the society surrendered its lease as part of a major relocation scheme approved by the city to new city lands at Highway 37 and Black Diamond Road.
