BERNICE JORDAN CHAPMAN, 27, of Sirdar Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment alarm or distress, and drug driving, driving without insurance or a licence. Fined £100 and disqualified for 12 months. Community order made for 12 months to include 60 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. JACK CHARLES BROWN, 23, of Leah Gardens, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Fined £400 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
