Halifax Regional Police have released a man without charges following the death of another man in Dartmouth Monday morning. Police are now calling the death a homicide.
Halifax police say the victim, identified as 27-year-old Benjamin Ward Clattenburg, was stabbed during an altercation on Monday afternoon in a Dartmouth neighbourhood.
Dartmouth police are investigating after a gunfight erupted at the mall's parking lot on Friday night in which two groups exchanged gunfire before fleeing.
