Darrius Waller, known as athletic and popular in the community, was shot to death in his own Jeep around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday night, across the street from friends’ houses that he frequently visited.
Police arrested a Montgomery County man accused of shooting and killing a driver because he was angry about him speeding through an alley as he was walking to.
Police say Gerald Scott Ramos, 43, fatally shot Darrius Waller, 36, as he sat behind the wheel of an SUV. The shooting is said to have stemmed from a 'supposed speeding incident.'
