The Flora Town Council designated town property for housing and held the first reading of an ordinance, 2023-02, to increase rates and requirements for meter deposits at Monday night’s April meeting. Flora officials continue to work on a comprehensive plan for the town. At Monday night’s Council meeting, in the absence of president Darrell Yoder, vice president Rob Kauffman led the meeting. Kauffman reminded the community that their input is needed for the vision being put together that town leaders and partners can follow in the
