No one has been charged with any of the homicides. Witnesses described two shooting events at the party, which was attended by hundreds of people, says the probable cause statement.
It says surveillance video and information from a witness contradict Dawkins account of his actions.
According to Dawkins, he was leaving the house, where his girlfriend had used the bathroom, when gunfire broke out and people began running.
Dawkins claimed he found a gun in the driveway, picked it up and took it to his home, the statement said.
But surveillance video shows Dawkins leaving the house with a handgun and shooting into the air about three times, the statement say.
