he s considered armed and dangerous, do not approach. call 911 instead. let s bring in the former chief of homeland security and intelligence for district of columbia, darnell, thank you for being with us. they know who the guy is, working to figure out a motivation. they don t believe any of the people he shot were targeted specifically, but again, they don t know who he is. and they don t know how dangerous he might still be to the public at large. what would you be doing right now if you didn t know where this guy was? well, he s certainly a danger to the public at large, and what we would be doing is as frank and some of the other guests mentioned, we would be looking for social media accounts, in the fusion center network, reaching out to other centers that may have had contact with him. perhaps a driver s license of a previous address at another state, looking for associates, trying to piece together what his intentions may be going forward.
