ST. LOUIS The man suspected of shooting a St. Louis police officer in south St. Louis Friday evening has been charged with the crime.
Darne Ricks, a 30-year-old from St. Louis County, is facing two counts of first-degree assault special victim, two counts of armed criminal action and one count of resisting arrest.
