Además de los nombres de ex funcionarios de su gobierno revelados por el expresidente Elías Antonio Saca, su ex secretario privado, Élmer Charlaix, detalló los montos de sobresueldos pagados con la partida de gastos reservados de la Presidencia de la República, una figura que se ocupa en el Ejecutivo para gastos que no son públicos.
Charlaix entregó un documento a los diputados de la comisión especial en el que detalló nombres y montos del Gabinete de Gobierno ampliado y presidentes de autónomas que recibieron sobresueldos en la administración de Saca.
Dijo que los sobresueldos no son ilegales y que “han sido satanizados y cuestionados desde un punto de vista ético”.

This year marks the 75th year of the Valentine Re-Mailing Program, where volunteers stamp valentines sent in from across the country and around the world and then send them on to their final destinations.

Every February, 50 chatty volunteers typically gather in a conference room at the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, sitting closely together at shared tables while carefully ink-stamping red, pink and white envelopes.
