In a recent all school assembly, a $300 check from Molly Stark s Pennies 4 Heat fundraiser was handed over to a representative from Bennington Rutland Opportunity Council’s (BROC) Fuel Fund, along with a few surprises.
On Saturday, Nov. 18, the Walloomsac River and Downtown Walk will highlight an organization and an individual who is making valuable contributions to the Bennington community in Darlene Cumm. The walk will end at the Vermont Department of Health’s Bennington Office of Local Health.
