Monthly photography exhibit Photography at the Rock, features Christian Dalbec who specializes in wave and water photography as well as drone work. He will be on site on March 13 and March 31. Beginning March 13, visitors can enjoy a new Keeper’s Tour which is a guided tour of the lighthouse and keeper’s house that brings to life stories of the lightstation. It is currently the only way to go inside the lighthouse. The tour, 45 minutes long, will be limited to 10 people to ensure social distancing and other COVID-19 safety protocols can be maintained. It will be offered 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays and at 10:30 a.m. Sundays in March and April, with expanded tour hours starting May 1. Cost: $25. Visitors not wanting to take the tour can purchase a Grounds Pass which provides access to the grounds, visitor center and fog

CSS Presenting Virtual Theatrical Production in March

If you ve been missing local theater during the pandemic, the College Of St. Scholastica has a perfect way to enjoy a production in a safe and convenient way. CSS will present their theatrical production of “Incorruptible: a Dark Comedy About the Dark Ages” in March.  The production will be available to view online from 12:00 a.m. Thursday, March 4 through 11:45 p.m. Sunday, March 7. If you re unfamiliar with the play, here s a synopsis of the plot: Taking place in France in 1250, the holy relics of Saint Foy reside in a humble chapel. For a penny, peasants can pray at her altar. Granted, she hasn t performed a miracle for over a decade. When a neighboring village claims to hold the true relics of Saint Foy, pilgrims flock to that chapel. Miracles abound. The rival chapels employ ruthless tactics to gain a market share in the lucrative pilgrimage route, but all they truly need is a little faith.
