黄主任指出，首先长期便血会使患者出现贫血的症状；其次便血是多种肛肠疾病的共有症状，这些疾病中除了我们常见的痔疮、肛裂等，也不乏肠肿瘤等恶性疾病。因此，患者对待便血必须提高警惕，不能以有痛和无痛来判断病情的轻重。
