A Northampton County inmate wasn’t able to vote in November. Now he’s suing the county.

A Northampton County inmate awaiting trial was approved for a mail-in ballot, but said he never received a ballot in time and was unable to vote in the November elections.
The county says Darious Molina’s ballot was mailed to his home address that he used to register to vote.
Molina, of Bethlehem Township, is now suing the county’s elections office, the county department of corrections and various officials on claims they did not make accommodations to ensure his fundamental right to vote.
