SunStar 103 families lose homes to morning blaze

+ April 18, 2021 A TOTAL of 103 families, or 313 individuals, were displaced by a fire that struck Upper Barangay Tabok in Mandaue City at 8:50 a.m on Sunday, April 18, 2021.
Of the 103 families, 34 are houseowners and 69 are renters, based on the report from the barangay.
FO1 Denzel Espares of the Mandaue City Fire Station placed damage estimates at P280,000.
He said the fire originated in the house of a certain Nocing Beringel.
