Responding to the call, he found suspect Arkeem Breeland outside his parents home. Before exiting his patrol car, breeland allegedly started shooting, firing at least seven shots, striking the windshield and wheel well. It was a shock, because, i mean, we knew from the dispatch he was possibly armed, trying to get into his parents house. But i wasnt expecting to be standing in the driveway and engaging him.
