CENTRE HASTINGS â The COVID-19 pandemic is the defining global health crisis of our time and the greatest challenge we have faced since World War Two.
Following its emergence in Asia, the virus has spread to every continent on the planet. And throughout the pandemic our dedicated first responders and health care providers have continued to put their own health at risk in order to help others.
In addition, countless volunteers have stepped up to assist wherever and whenever help is needed. Along with all other charitable organizations and service clubs, local hospices have continued to provide essential, compassionate care to individuals and families offering end of life and bereavement support.
