Man accused of causing death of informant in Lycoming County drug investigation Updated May 03, 2021; WILLIAMSPORT – A Williamsport man has been accused of causing the death of a Lycoming County woman who was cooperating with state police in a drug investigation. Charges of drug delivery resulting in death and delivery of fentanyl were filed Monday against Daquan Alterki Alford, 43, who is on state parole. A warrant was issued for his arrest. He is accused of providing heroin and fentanyl to a Montgomery woman as payment for a rental car she obtained for him so he could travel to Newark, New Jersey, to pick up drugs.
