I saw the officer telling him to stop, telling him to drop what he had in his hand and then he proceeded to run, chasing him, the young man. Repor she was shocked as the what happened next. I thought he was pulling his taser out but he pulled out his gun. I said my god, he just shot him three times. Police say just before 3 00 in the afternoon, someone flagged down the officer to point out the man. The citizen advised him that a subject was waving a pipe, threatening people. Reporter the officer found the man in the Shopping Center at mory avenue. There was some st of confrontation which led to shots being fired. Reporter police say theyre still investigating what happened during the confrontation but did recover the pipe and say the man was taken to a trauma center. His condition is not known. The
