For many years, they lived in unsafe living conditions which caused fear and health concerns. But, with the financial assistance from the Kiwanis Club of Danville Foundation, they will soon move into their safe affordable, quality-built Habitat for Humanity house â a house that they will turn into a home.
The Kiwanis Club of Danville Foundation made this dream of home ownership a reality for the DeShazor family. They donated grant funds to assist Danville Pittsylvania County Habitat for Humanity (DPCHFH) to build this house, located at 725 Chatham Avenue.
