Danville, IA- The Danville Community School Board of Education has chosen the district's new superintendent. The board has chosen Wright City West principal Patrick Wallace as its new superintendent. Previously, Wallace served as assistant principal of Mason Ridge Elementary School in St. Louis, Missouri. He also has experience as an adjunct lecturer at Missouri Baptist University. He began his career in education as a seventh-grade world history teacher and coach. Wallace holds an educational specialist degree and a master's degree in school administration, both from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. He also received a bachelor's degree in history from Coe College. Wallace will officially begin serving as Danville superintendent on July 1, 2022.
