ohio have suffered the death of a child. as the toll in the high school shooting there rose today to three today. russell king jr. and demetrius hewlin, both 17, died of their wounds. 19-year-old danny parmertor died yesterday. bob orr tells the suspect in the shootings made his first court appearance. reporter: accused gunman t.j. lane was wearing a bullet proof vest and was flanked by heavily armed officers as he arrived at the juvenile court in chardon, ohio. inside prosecutor david joyce told judge timothy grendell lane had admitted firing ten shots. the 17-year-old suspect sat quietly with his grandfather and two aunts outside the camera s view, and spoke only briefly when questioned by the judge. you understand, t.j., that you have the right the remain silent with respect to any of the allegations pending in this court at all times? yes, sir. yes, i do. reporter: after a short 20-minute hearing lane was returned to juvenile detention. and was said to be snifflin
